Avoid this company
I bought a car from them and unfortunately for me only had a full check done after buying it. This check pointed out multitude of issues that I dont think should have past the roadworthy test so not sure how they got the roadworthy. I get no feedback from them after pointing out all the costs that I am incurring to get the car in a save condition. I am spending every last cent of my savings with no response from them.

Avoid this company
I bought a car from them and unfortunately for me only had a full check done after buying it. This check pointed out multitude of issues that I dont think should have past the roadworthy test so not sure how they got the roadworthy. I get no feedback from them after pointing out all the costs that I am incurring to get the car in a save condition. I am spending every last cent of my savings with no response from them.

These ones are ****mer both Aaron and Tasso Kosmas, never give them a deposit, i gave them a holding deposit for my car and they sold the car to someone else. I had to take them to small claim court in order to refund me after 4 months..... Just don't give them money upfront and don't let them apply for finance on your behalf

I had to take them to small claim court in order to refund me after 4 months..... Just don't give them money upfront and don't let them apply for finance on your behalf

Appalling Customer Service
I have never been more appalled and disgusted by the lack of customer service, arrogance and blatant rudeness received by Autoraunch. If a deposit is non negotiable, you should stipulate that instead of making allegations of what your small mind deems a marketing gimmic. I informed you that I was provisionally approved for the required amount, which you disregarded. Mr Salesman clearly knows the law of contracts better than the Admitted Attorney - I clearly don't know the difference between a gimmick and a vehicle finance agreement. What puzzled me was why a deposit was required when the bank was willing to cover the full amount and I could have provided said documents as proof. After speaking to some reputable dealerships, I was informed that dealerships insist on deposits because they know that the bank will not approve a 100% loan for a defective car. I don't know if this is indeed the case, but it does make sense as to why you just cut me off, told me you can't help me and simply walked away while I'm like standing there with my crutch and seeing as how I was limping, Mr Salesman did not even have the decency to help me to my car. I drove 30 minutes just to be subjected to this bs service. Never will I ever respond to a gumtree ad again.

Service like it should be
No fuss/BS, to the point cardealer, who is true their word, service and delivery - you don't get them anymore. Bought my vehicle there about 6 weeks ago and realized I had a slow coolant leak somewhere...practically impossible to pick-up with a pre-sale delivery inspection.Phoned them for some details as I wanted to put it through the warranty, on which they insisted I return the car to be fixed. Got it back 5 days later. Thanks Aaron

Lacklustre attaitude of the owner/ sales executive
I went to view a car at Auto Ranch in Montague Gardens , the salesmen wasn't very welcoming and didnt really seem interested in a sale or doing business .I worked in customer service and I was a supriced to say the least .He wasn't disrespectful in anyway but he lacked the type of demeanor and proffesional service I recived at the mainstream dealers like VW,Renault and Ford .

Cal dealer who knowingly hides faults
Bought a Mercdedes C230 from this dealership, seller told me that it was "the best example on the road". Difficult to believe when the leather seats had been spray painted to look newer, the engine was on it's last legs. I have now had to fork out 10's of thousands of rands to replace the engine and radiator, essentially, I bought a rolling shell. The car lasted 3 months before completely dying. Spoke to dealer and was told it's not his problem! Wow! Shocking and disgusting behavior. Steer clear if you're looking for an honest car dealer.
