I bought a car from them and unfortunately for me only had a full check done after buying it. This check pointed out multitude of issues that I dont think should have past the roadworthy test so not sure how they got the roadworthy. I get no feedback from them after pointing out all the costs that I am incurring to get the car in a save condition. I am spending every last cent of my savings with no response from them.
My 2016 Opel Astra have been booked in at Reeds Opel on 27 January 2018 and have not been able to be fixed. I only get an update if I phone and ask. In my sixth week of waiting, I still don't have a courtesy car from Opel to use. The Opel Care center just refer you back to the dealer. Before the changes in January 2018, I was able to go to Perdeberg Malmesbury. I had a few problems in last year and every time they were more than willing to help and always provided a car for me to drive so that I am not inconvenienced even if it was one of the secondhand cars from the floor. I would like to know why Reeds Opel think it is ok to use GM as an excuse to give poor service. And if GM leaving is genuinely as big a problem, what is Reeds group, WIlliams Hunt and Unitrans plans to correct the shortcomings. We are now in March, 3 months after the changes. In the meantime they are chasing away any hope of return customers.
