This bureau is an absolute sham, I have sent countless emails, have spent hours holding and no-one ever answers the phone. According the the NCA, an adverse listing shall only remain on your credit profile for a maximum of one year. How do I contact you, when you refuse to answer emails and certainly do not answer your calls. Absolutely useless - to think this bureau manages the credit profiles for all South Africans, makes me cringe.
