MOOVE Oakdene - I have been trying for months to get hold of this branch - obviously they cannot afford to keep their lines operational... other branches won't assist me with membership information after hearing I need to join at a different branch. Not sure why I am even surprised - not easy to find good service (or any service at all) these day...
To anyone considering signing up a service agreement with Matrix Beame PowerFleet (Mixtelematics) BE VERY CAREFUL. After sending an email to cancel, you only receive a response a week later with settlement value. I paid immediately, yet they refuse to acknowledge funds, refuse to confirm cancellation, refuse to confirm that debit order has been stopped. Phone calls, emails, request for call-backs, everything but everything goes unanswered. Many compIaints go unanswered. Customer "service" NEVER get back to you. To this day. I spent weeks trying to get hold of them. When you do get through no-one takes any accountability, shoving you from one department to the next, each in turn saying that cannot assist, utterly disrespectful and slamming the phone down on a person. Exceptionally rude and utterly disrespectful. They blatantly REFUSE to assist. I had to reach out to PSIRA to assist in this matter. On the odd occasion that you get through to them, (very rarely) they refuse to put you through to management. Upon installation when I had a problem and management was made aware, they honestly could not care. They are exceptionally FAST to sign you up, once that is done you are TRAPPED paying through your neck and never receiving any assistance at all. This experience has been an absolute nightmare since installation. Cost me hours and hours of my time, phone calls, emails, you name it. Even resorting to threatening them with theft charges. They simply IGNORE you and treat you like dirt. Upon receiving zero acknowledgement of my settlement payment or confirmation of cancellation or that my debit order has been stopped, they were very FAST to disconnect my tracker and since have even been unable to login into the app... FAST to take your money and FAST to disconnect your service without any formal acknowledgement of taking your money or confirmation of anything! By far the worst "company" I have ever dealt with in my LIFE! This "company" should NOT be allowed to operate under these conditions, negatively impacting innocent customers.

Sandile Phiri, it has come to the close of my claim. You have been absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The panelbeaters you referred me to, Hylton Woodhead, were just as amazing and the job was completed in such a short time and the car looks beautiful. Its hard to believe everything is all sorted out in such a short time. The car hire too, Europcar, was on time, drop off to collection, and everyone all round was magnificent!! NAKED Insurance is online so it takes some getting used to. Once you know your way around, it's simple, fast and the staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Will recommend. I'm happy.
Wheco after sales customer care service is the best I have ever encountered. After receiving a very damaged chest of drawers (transit damage) I was left inconvenienced on many levels and saw no fruitful outcome and if there was, I foresaw it dragging on forever. Little did I know, TARAH NORTON (Customer care Team Leader) had been advised of my situation. I have no idea how or what her and her team did but they sorted the situation out LITERALLY overnight and in the blink of an eye I had my replacement piece on my doorstep. It was nothing short of a miracle. Wheco's Tarah Norton and her team are just the best. I have honestly never received such wonderful and thoughtful and just excellent service.
