Absolutely useless. Whenever I visit the Boksburg store they have no stock. You would think them and Leroy down the road would compete to see who has better service but it seems they compete to see who has the worst service. Pathetic. And the manager has no interest to help, she just says no stock although the system says they have.
Again no internet net and no answers. It is impossible to get hold of these guys. Wait for ages on the chats. Don't understand the use of the chat
As a current miway client I have just had a very bad experience. Firstly I sent 4 to 5 call me back request to get a quote with no response. Then finally I decided to phone them myself. What a waste of my time and airtime. Firstly the guy answers the phone laughing and then gives another giggle through the call. By the way the call was managed it did not seem like he knew what he was doing. And then to end it all off I get a ridiculous quote. Double what other have quoted. Can someone else please try and fix this?
Seems it's impossible to get hold of standard bank when you need them. I have a geyser Issue and everytime we phone the call drops. And then no one gets back to us. So how do I claim standard bank? Or should I rather look at moving?
Had my first car through MFC with no issues what so ever. Now it seems something has obviously changed in the last 10 years. These guys now just decide when day want to deduct your debit order, does not matter what date you agreed on and what contract you signed. They feel it's fine to deduct on the 22nd even if the agreed date is the 25th. Fully understand if the 25th falls on a weekend, but the last two months it's Meen on a Monday and a Thursday. Yest MFC just deduct as they see fit. First on the 23rd and now on the 22nd.
First time doing gender reveal baloons through West pack and what a mess. They don't know the difference between 5inch and 12inch baloons. I'll go back to using crazy plastics and I suggest anyone else does the same. R600 worth of baloons down the drain. They are not even willing to meet half way.
Please be careful of Telkom and check your debits from them. I closed a contract on the first of January. Around 800 pm. And then had no deduction in January as it should. And then suddenly in February they deduct 5700. And now they are full of stories in returning my money.
Think twice before signing up with web africa. You are just a number to them. Months of complaining about bad signal and they do nothing to assist. So on to another provider after 3 years. Paying for 50mb and getting 15mb. It's a joke.
Web africa is absolutely useless at the moment. And everytime you phone them someone wants to guide you in changing your router setting. They have a massive network issue. We can hardly steam any services. Is so bad you can not even watch videos on tiktok. Time to move away.
Two months into my new MTN contract and still I do not have access to my number that has been ported. The number is not even on my old Telkom sim. It's now just gone. Then on the other hand, my wife's number port went well but she has not been receiving her airtime monthly. MTN is an absolute mess when it comes to porting numbers. They have no idea what they are doing. Please be careful when moving to them.
