www.aquariu****ls.co.za started a pool installation at our house 3 months ago. The hole was dug, a pool added and then all was halted for building plan approvals. Which is something a professional builder/pool installer should have known should be done before starting a job? During this time he promised to start at our house with some work while we waited for the plans. It never happened. When we questioned him he sent messages to my huband like "I've had enough of your whining. The guy on HelloPeter was a **** like you." This was how he spoke to us, his clients. Once the building plans were done and all was in order to start, he set a date but never showed up, after lots of excuses he set another 2 dates but never started. We had guests coming in so we sent him a mail saying we would give him almost 2 weeks to get his stuff together in order to start Wednesday 9 November and he aggreed. He didnt show up, and the next day he sent us a message saying "This project went pear shaped I suggest you find someone else." This after 3 months of stalling. In reply to when we would receive our R80 000 deposits back, we got a "I will see you incourt. I know how these cases go". So 3 months later we have a hole in the ground with an incomplete (a serious safety hazard and liability while taking in guests) and we have lost R80 000. 3 weeks before our guests start pouring into a fully booked December and January. I am 6 months pregnant, at a loss of words and disappointed in what has become of humanity. I will go to court even if I have to spend R80 000 more, but I will make sure that the word travels through Cape Town and warn as many friends and friends of friends so they wont have to go through what we have been through the last 3 months. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AND WARN A BROTHER.

I ordered a bed from FurniCraft 23 days ago. When we paid over R5000 for our kids bed they said manufacturing and delivery would take 10 working days. 10 days later they said it will be there on the Monday. On the Monday they said there was a mistake it will take 15 working days. 23 days after paying for the bed, we are still waiting for the bed. We were ready to move our son to a big boy bed almost a month ago, and upon going to the shop we didnt expect it to only happen a month later. Try and explain to a 2.5 year old why the Big Red FireTruck bed we showed him and surprised him with on the day is not available to him almost a month later. Set realistic expectations when taking people's money, or get out of the industry.
