I have been unable to connect using my MTN wifi for the past 3 weeks now. I have phoned numerous times and have been told it is a bad signal in the area. It is very disruptive and I cannot work remotely due to MTN no signal, so I am paying monthly for something that does not work. Am having to now find other service providers due to no service which is unsustainable.
Utterly disgusted at poor service received by Absa. I have been promised that the removal of surecheck sent on App will take 48 hours, it has now taken more than 2 weeks and am still no closer to a resolution. I have made numerous phone calls and sent many mails but still no one can assist me.
If only the work they did was as good as the sales pitch! Over priced and issues on site from day 1. The designated team all employed by this company which we were promised was a lie from the start. Promised 6 - 8 days for completion, 3 weeks later they are still not finished. Unbelievably DISSAPOINTMENT with company both in workmanship and attitudes!
<p>MTN just will not cancel my data contract. I have a cancellation form dated 23 May 2016, but they refuse to stop debiting me. I have numerous reference numbers, and have sent so many emails now that I just don't know what else to do. I have to reverse the payment through my bank every month, and am just sick and tired of it. I am going to seek legal recourse if this does not stop, as they are now fradulantly debiting my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been given so many excuses as to why they have not yet stopped the debits, the last was that they only received the cancellation in July 2016. I went into MTN Woodmead branch where I initially took the contract, and cancelled it (with the cancellation document to prove it), I am so annoyed I am going to take legal action if it does not stop.</p>
