Battling with FES. Trying to get them to chat to me since January and they say its someone else in the companies problem if someone gets back to you, I try get their details and nothing. Had my roof repainted in Sept 2017 supposed to have a 10 year guarantee but most of the roof is showing signs of wear and the old coat of paint coming through. not a cheap exercise either. They were always avaialable to sell it and ask for the money less than 24 hrs after completion. after sales, very bad. You get hold of the salesman and he says I must get hold of andre but doesnt bother to give a number, no one at the company answers. Got hold of someone whos number comes up on a search and the poor guy has left almost three years ago- terrible company and they need to paint my roof again Also post on Facebook

After painting the house roof, the FES representative pointed out that the coating was not correct. They soon got the paint manufacturer involved. But since then, October 2018, there has been some correspondence between FES and Paint manufacturer but no solution offered by either. FES are now not responding to any of my emails. Poor show, not what was promised when they entered into the contract.

If only their after-sales service lived up to their sales pitch! We built an extension to our home at the end of 2017 and FES Coatings were contracted to paint the entire exterior of the house, including the roof and boundary wall. A month later we had stackable doors installed on the new extension and unfortunately in the process some plaster broke off the archway and new plaster had to be applied. And to add to our woes, we experienced heavy rains at this time and found that the newly erected roof leaked. So the builder was brought back to repair the roof and in doing so had to apply new waterproof coating, etc on the new painted tiles - so now we have a black patch on the red painted tiles. In December 2017 we emailed FES Coatings requesting their help in getting the small areas on the wall and roof fixed up. We offered a couple of scenarios - they could come and patch it up, or alternatively give me a couple of litres of paint and we will do it ourselves. Even tell us the name of the paint and we will go and buy it ourselves! To date (almost June 2018) we have not had a single response from FES Coatings. We have called the sales person to possibly get him to help and all he can say is that we must speak to the office. Now their telephone line does not work and we do not have any other alternate numbers to contact them so are left to email communication only. What must we do to get them to respond to our email and actually take the time to help us. Their after-sales service is very questionable and their complete silence since December 2017 is very worrying.

If only the work they did was as good as the sales pitch! Over priced and issues on site from day 1. The designated team all employed by this company which we were promised was a lie from the start. Promised 6 - 8 days for completion, 3 weeks later they are still not finished. Unbelievably DISSAPOINTMENT with company both in workmanship and attitudes!

Salesman promised to have roof waterproofed and painted within 6 days. He said there would be at least 5 workers daily with constant supervision. We are now at day 13 with no end in sight. The owner/project manager is nowhere to be found. He visited only once on the first day.The workers ran out of material time and time and again. Each morning I would ask them if they have enough and the reply is always an assured 'Yes!'.They began leaving 1 guy with a small roll of waterproofing membrane which became 2 guys later in the first week after I complained. They are currently (week no3) 5 guys that work from 8.30am to 11.00am with maybe an hour or two's work later in the afternoon before they get picked up at 16.00. They lay around in my yard or on the roof for the rest of the time.
