How are they still in business?. I've been on a support call waiting for 20mins only to remain 6th in line. The help chat does not work online - waiting for agent forever. No LTE signal where they say there should be coverage
I recently bought a vehicle from a dealership which have a cartrack unit already installed. I phoned Cartrack a couple of times asking to transfer to mysel only to get the same answer of someone will phone you. I also emailed them with no success. If I need to beg someone to take my money I'm starting to wonder how their service will be...
My account became locked after I deposited too much. I could not withdraw or deposit more funds. I sent a dozen emails with supporting documents without a single reply. UNTIL.... I opened a ticket. Please don't send them mails. Open a ticket. I was sorted within hours and money received in my account the next day. Cheapest platform, friendly service
<p>Salesman promised to have roof waterproofed and painted within 6 days. He said there would be at least 5 workers daily with constant supervision. We are now at day 13 with no end in sight. The owner/project manager is nowhere to be found. He visited only once on the first day.The workers ran out of material time and time and again. Each morning I would ask them if they have enough and the reply is always an assured 'Yes!'.They began leaving 1 guy with a small roll of waterproofing membrane which became 2 guys later in the first week after I complained. They are currently (week no3) 5 guys that work from 8.30am to 11.00am with maybe an hour or two's work later in the afternoon before they get picked up at 16.00. They lay around in my yard or on the roof for the rest of the time. </p>
