<p>Booked a table in advance for 8pm. They phoned me constantly to tell me that I need to be there at 8pm. I made sure I was there at 5 minutes to 8.</p> <p>At 9:15pm table still not ready. That is standing around for over an hour. Ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.</p>

<p>Between Standard bank ucount and makro R1700 rand has been stolen from me. I have phoned both makro and standard bank multiple times over the last week and they point the finger at each other.</p> <p> </p>
<p>Bought items online on makro's website. Phoned and asked if I could change one of the items on the order. </p> <p>I was told I would have to cancel the order and resubmit. I have cancelled the order and have the confirmation that the order was cancelled successfully, but over two weeks later I have not been reimbursed. </p> <p>Every time I phone the help desk I am told that they reversed the payment two weeks ago and will send me confirmation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Three calls and promises later I have still not received anything. </p> <p> </p>
<p>When you initially contact them they tell you that you have a great chance to be accepted into australia.</p> <p>Just pay an initial deposit of R5000 rand and they can start the process.</p> <p>Once they received the money they informed me my chances were not good at all and made it so difficult i ended up cancelling the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be very careful before paying the initial deposit.</p>
<p>My father passed away last year and my mother has been running up and down trying to get his policy payout finalized. We asked old mutual if we have given them all the documents required and they said yes.</p> <p>That was in november. Two months later after hearing nothing I phoned their help desk and was told they can't help me I must go and look for my money at Standard bank. I asked who to contact and old mutual said they can't help with that. After spending a full day trying to get assistance from standard bank I found out that old mutual had never transferred the money to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be aware that you will loose all of your money when investing with old mutual.</p>
