On the first of December FNB deducted R99 from my business account for my webhosting Services. Then the next day my Webhosting services let me know that they haven't received payment. On the 15th FNB once again deducted an R155.00 for an Exclusive Fee because the debit order they say didn't go through on their side so the Exclusive Fee is there so that I pay them for paying Xneelo. My domain hosting services have disabled domain so I can't work via email or my website & client's that are on my webhosting can't use their emails as well. Can someone at FNB please reverse the money back into my account so that I can EFT the people. Please pay back R254 that FNB computers basically stole from me. This is the second recorded case that this happened early this year I had to make a scene in FNB branch so that someone would listen & to get my money back to pay my debit order. If this happens again I'm moving over to my Fathers business bank FNB. Because clearly FNB is liar and they don't support small businesses they rob them clean. The R155 that I pay on top of the R99 is clear theft. Don't came tell me their wasn't money in my account well your computers deducted the money of my account. Regards Cornelius Ferdinand Coetzee
Transnet scammers are using FNB to collect money from employment seekers. Google Transnet Bellvilll. It's all a scam. On facebook they are advertising that Transnet is hiring and when you contact the Hr the scammers ask money before you do the interview. This is the last time FNB is stealing my clients money with this stupid #Excess item fee charges. FNB keeps on deducting illegally money of my account and then calling it #excess item fee. If I don't get the money back into my gold business account for everytime FNB deducted a #Excess item fee off, then I'll have no choice but to cut my loses and change banks Monday and I'll spread the word of banking theft to every client I personally know that banks with FNB and I'll show them my bank statements for the year as proof of the theft, because after reading hello Peter I see so many unhappy clients about this excess item fee that I'll just use their statements as well to prove my point. Like this one person got a refund of the Excess item fee after complaining but 2 weeks late FNB deducted double the original refund amount. Why you ask? Because I'm sick and tired of explain to my clients why I can't do the work now or that there items they bought will be late because FNB decided to steal my business money. I don't want excuses from you guys anymore I'm up to here with your nonsense. It's embarrassing as a small business owner. Thank you FNB but no thank you.
Cell is stealing from us, before lockdown I paid approximately R800 for my me and my spouse's contracts. When lockdown happened I didn't receive any salary I lost my job, I applied for Covid relief from cellc but no one helped me, then they send me an email telling me I need to pay approximately R1600 a month to catch up with my payments. In September the account was R4000, my spouse paid R1300 in September, Oktober and November. (I have proof of payment) but when I received my statement this month, the money we were paying wasn't being deducted on the account on CellC side and the Account Balance went from R4000 to a wopping of R20 000 with in 3 months! I've tried emailing and phoning to find out what is going on but no information or communication from Cellc side. They even hanged up on me a few times after being transferred between customer care and accounts for like 20 times having to constantly explain myself and plead for help. Can someone at cell please explain what is going on and help me or is cellc just going to continue stealing from the clients during this tough time. If I'm not getting a answer soon I'm going to the national consumer complaints commission with my evidence that I have of all te struggles during this difficult time I've had with cellc. Because what cellc is doing is unconstitutional and against peoples rights. This is ridiculous how Kan a account go from R4000 to R20 000!!!!!!!
Cellc never gave me a chance too receive covid 19 relief, I bet jou they even looked at the paperwork I put together for them, after a month and a half they tell me I'm not getting covid 19 relieve because it's not available anymore, slaps me on the wrist with a middle finger in the face. Now they are forcing me too pay my whole instalment plus exstra. I wouldn't recommend Cellc anymore too much horrible experiences with them. MTN Took 2 days to reply and they helped me, when my contract is done I'm moving over too MTN. I would advice everyone else too do this aswell
I'm extremely disappointed with Cell C. I Signed up for a brand new contract for a P30 Lite on the 11/09/2019. 3 Months later on, my phone wouldn't charge because the battery is faulty and it also did a boot-loop. I Booked my brand new phone in on the 12 of December 2019. a Whole month I've been trying to find out what is the progress on my Cellphone. Now they tell me I have to pay R300 for an insurance claim on a brand new phone battery that has a factory fault. This is ridiculous. Don't take out a contract with Cell C they rip you off. I wouldn't even give them a Star. Only good thing out of this whole experience is the lady at Cell C Danika that has helped me all the way. To you I say thank you.

Stay away from Planet Fitness they hire scam artists as there sales staff and they don't care about there clients I was scammed and lied to about my contract and I'm paying more then I was originally told, I never recieved a copy of my contract because the excuse was that It would be emailed to me. The sales person at Planet Fitness Tony told me If I pay R2400 then my first year would be free and my 2de year would cost R299 but after 5 months or so they started to deducted R398 of my account and when I asked why? They ignored me. Now I've also found out This Tony stole money from clients and I'm not the only Victim. Now my 2de year is here and I'm paying R649 that I cannot afford. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS DO NOT GO NEAR THAT PLACE!!!! They are tossing this whole thing under the rug!! I'm frustrated because I'm not even receiving any answers so If you read this please share it on social media and warn other people this is ridicules of them!!!!</p>
