Went to Cradlestone Mall yesterday afternoon to buy a few things when I got to the tills got helped buy one disrespectful young girl who pushed the swiping machine to me then I asked to talk to me, then she said I must tell her that and she screaming at me, she went on telling me not to come with my issues,I then asked why is she shouting but at me but then went on telling me that she can say whatever that she wants to say and she call the Manager if I want her to. A light skinned lady with short hair who also works as a cashier was called to be the Manager yesterday,,she asked me what happened the same rude girl responded but I could answer…the Staff is annoyingly Disrespectful.
A claim was made for my windscreen on the 5th of July and I was told that a consultant from PG Glass Krugersdorp will contact me and no one did, called the call centre the whole week and Still there was nothing from Krugersdorp,today it’s the 16th of July,still no windscreen for me…a guy call Glen Called me and promise to give me feedback on the 14th and he never did,I am really disappointed with PG Glass the service is very bad, they run the business as if it’s a ****a shop.
I went to Cradle stone Mall to buy a few things, when I got to till 13 a very disrespectful young lady by the name of Nthabiseng helped me, she scanned my things without greeting me, continued speaking to a colleague while was I patiently waiting for her to speak to me, she then said to me”plastic” I greeting her and she continued about the plastic story and decided not to ask me if I would like a plastic she scanned my things and expected me to carry everything without a bag,asked her why is she being rude and she decided to back chat continued to be rude..her service was very bad,her attitude was the worst, we all going through things but there’s no need to be rude...your competitors are doing an exceptional job when it comes to customer service.
I bought chicken licken using Uber eats app,I ordered 8 hot wings meal and they gave two pieces of chicken my order was not checked
I bought a full chicken and two burgers at Steers Nina Park Pretoria North the food was old I had to throw it away after because I couldn’t eat it...won’t buy food from them ever again and I will never recommend them to any of my friends.
I went to checkers Pretoria north to buy electricity and I was refered to kiosk I queued there as I was waiting to be assisted by the lady that was working there,Charmaine Joubert very rude white lady with black dyed hair came to Kiosk and told to go buy electricity at the money market after queuing for more than ten minutes when I finally got to the till the Charmaine who appeared to very racist talked to me in a very disrespectful and rude manner infront of customer and I was just not happy,she’s rude and very disrespectful to her customer she doesn’t really derseve to be in the frontline I mean checkers is a big brand we don’t need people that unprofessional and disrespectful.
Today I went to Checkers Pretoria to a buy a few things that I needed when I got I did my shopping and went to the tills,when I got I found a lady by the name of Nthabiseng,very kind lady,she scan all my things and then later asked me I wanted a plastic and I said yes,and then I realized that one plastic was not enough so I asked her for another plastic as gave me I then asked the lady that was packing my things her name is Lerato Mashiyane very rude and disrespectful young girl to please add the second plastic and the she said she won’t and she walked away,And then the duty manager that was at tills came and asked what did just happen I then explained everything to her and she packed my things,I then asked to see a manager and she came through her is Violet I told what happened and then she called Lerato and then same disrespectful started screaming telling her Manager that the was no need for to pack my plastic and she will never apologize for anything and she continue screaming embarrassing her manager and my self infront of everyone,I’ve never been disrespected like that in my life and I don’t why she’s working at the frontline because she’s a disrespectful peace of rubbish,she should be put at the back and receive that’s where she belong
On Saturday I went to KFC Techno Park in Witbank Mpumalanga when i got there the was a lady by the name of Ayanda working alone taking orders and also giving people their food mean while the others were chatting at the back,So I order the food,and a bottle of water but they didn't have water,And ice cream and after that I was told that they don't meat,juice and tamoto sauce I then asked Ayanda to call the Manager and she called her,the rude Manager by the name of Nkhensani came through I asked her why are they still operating because they don't have anything and she started screaming at Ayanda blaming her for every lthing infront of all the customers that were in the shop,and when I asked why she's shouting at the Poor Ayanda because I was the one that requested to speak to her and she started telling that m rude and she doesn't have time to wasted,and she said she doesn't have to time for customers who wants to spoil her day....Ayanda is very rude and disrespectful she acted as if she's running her own shop at some location,she acted an illiterate person that never went for training,and I just want to say thank you to Ayanda for loving her job and showing respect to all her customers,she must just keep up the good.
I sent someone to buy me a bag because I had dinner on Thursday,however I got the bag late and it was not what I wanted so I decided to take it back,when I got there I was told that they can't refund me immediately because they don't have cash so I was asked to leave the bag and will be contacted for my refund,so as I was busy with my shopping I got a call from the store asking me who bought the bag for me of which I feel it was not necessary because it bought cash I told them I sent someone and I was told to tell the person that bought the bag to come in so that they can refund them I told them it won't be possible because the person I sent is in Cape Town,after a few minutes I got another call from the shop telling me that the Mager who was not on duty says that I cannot be refunded,so I asked Shady the lady that works there to give me back the bag and she said she can't I have to return to shop on Monday after explaining to her that I'm a very busy person and I can't go to menlyn during the week but still she refused to give me the bag,so I ended up leaving the shop without both,the refund and the bag,I'm not happy with the service I got from the Shady and Manager,they were both Rude unprofessional,Pringle is a big brand you can't be giving such a poor service and for that I read the terms and conditions of their exchange and refunds and there's no part were it says we can't send people to buy us stuff,I mean of us are very busy but we have people that can actually run our errands while we busy with better things and what made ****ed off the most is that Shady told me that it was going to be easy for me to get my refund had I used a credit card,well not everyone has a credit card and besides I had sent someone to buy me the bag so there was no way I was going to give them my bank.your service is poor I still say,you need to improve and start putting your customers first.
