I went to the store on Friday at 12:30 pm to have my nails done for graduation. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she told me they can't do it as a normal nail polish manicure but it has to be done with gel. So I let them do it with gel. It was so poorly done that I wish they told me they were not experienced enough to do it because then I wouldn't have wasted R340 only to have to remove the gel again somewhere else and pay another R60! The nails looked horrible and had lumps in them. The picture does not do it justice but I will definitely NOT be returning to this store ever again.

I went to The Foxbox in Woolworths last Saturday to get my nails done for my university graduation ball that day. The lady doing my nails buffed them so hard that she scratched the skin off my cuticles and they started to bleed. It was just one nail she did this to, but 4! The lady then dabbed alcohol into it to stop the bleeding. Which actually just makes it worse. 3 days later and my nails are still painful from the cuts she caused. I've had my nails done so many times and this has never happened! The only reason I gave a two and not a one was because the gel application was done fairly okay. These pictures were taken on day 3 and you can still see the damaged and reddened cuticles.
