Refused to provide service at the Foxbox Woolworths V&A store when I appeared for my poly gel appointments. The nail technician said she has transport issues and only saw the appointment book booking at 5pm yet she reached work at 9am in the morning and could have contacted me throughout the day to cancel my booking. The manager was inefficient and let us walk out of the store. Disappointed at the rudenesss and attitude from both the technicians on site. The other technician chose to start a new client whilst I had prebooked at 5pm the day before for two treatments.

I went to The Foxbox in Woolworths last Saturday to get my nails done for my university graduation ball that day. The lady doing my nails buffed them so hard that she scratched the skin off my cuticles and they started to bleed. It was just one nail she did this to, but 4! The lady then dabbed alcohol into it to stop the bleeding. Which actually just makes it worse. 3 days later and my nails are still painful from the cuts she caused. I've had my nails done so many times and this has never happened! The only reason I gave a two and not a one was because the gel application was done fairly okay. These pictures were taken on day 3 and you can still see the damaged and reddened cuticles.
