<p>In the past two to four months i have received numerous calls from you guys asking me if i have removed my car battery as you are picking up signals that i have and everytime this has not been the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>The gentleman i spoke to after the 4th/5th call from you guys informed me that should you guys call me again i should ask you to book in my vehicle. I have since received at least 4 other calls on the same issue and everytime i have asked that you arrange for my tracking device to be checked i am told the relevant department will get back to me and they never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i decided to call in yet again to arrange for my trackng device to be checked. Lord behold i have to deal with the utterly rude Kgomotso from your fleet department. This Kgomotso tests my tracking device and confirms that indeed my tracking device is faulty and needs to be replaced, she also informs me that my car tracking device warranty has expired/lapsed as it was only valid for a year (and i have had my tracking device with you guys since 2014).</p> <p> </p> <p>I proceed to ask her to clarify what she means when she says it has expired and she has the audacity to belittle me and board line shout at me for asking her questions about the device. When i tell her i do not appreciate the manner she is speaking to me, she talks back to me and gives me attitude. Just when i think things can get any better i ask her for her surname (as i am not happy with her service), she point blank refuses to give it to me, telling me she is the only Kgomotso who works in the fleet department and all that other nonsense.</p> <p> </p> <p>I firstly have to deal with you guys failing to book in my vehicle for the past weeks and on top of that i have to deal with your rude staff, this is highly unaccpetable. Now i must sit and hope that my request will be processed this time.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Let me start of by saying that your food is amazing, the pasta I had is right up there with the best of the best, you give the likes of DW 11, Signature, Ten Bompas etc a good run for their money.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a travesty that the service we received was so utterly appalling. We arrived at your restaurant (with my friend) at around 19:10, “our waiter” showed us our table and gave us a few minutes to go through the menu, after which we placed our orders. We received our food some 15-25 minutes later from “our waiter”. We ate, finished our drinks and not even once did our waiter come back to check up on us, to enquire if we were happy with everything and if we needed anything or a drinks refill. The only time we saw him again was towards the end of our evening when he asked if we wanted dessert (this was probably some hour or so later after we had finished eating).</p> <p> </p> <p>We then requested the bill and tipped him “handsomely”, despite his shocking service. I then proceeded to let him know that we were bitterly disappointed by his service and failure to check up on us. His response as I type this still has me perplexed. He responds to us and tells us it was not his job to check up on us to see if we needed anything else, it was the job of the manager to do this. At this point I make it clear that this is not the job of the manager but HIS job, the manager is there to ensure things run smoothly, he or she is not there to ask us if we require refills or to constantly check up on us. He argues with me, in a very rude and arrogant manner and continues to tell us he did everything that was required of him, what we are requesting is the job of the manager. We again inform him that this is not true, the manager is there to oversee things not to check up on us (the manager did come a few minutes after we had received our food to check if we were happy with the food and (understandably) disappeared afterwards).</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to our waiters lack of respect for us and failure to take responsibility we ended up asking for the manager. The manager confirmed that INDEED it is not his job to check up on us, it is “our waiters” job to do so, his job is to ensure things run smoothly. I must add that the managers response to this situation was also bitterly disappointing as he did not take any firm steps, but merely promised to deal with this later on (whatever that means).</p> <p> </p> <p>We are truly disappointed and it is as a result of such an experience that we will not be coming back to your restaurant, your food is amazing but your service is revolting and the way your staff speak to your customers is highly unacceptable, instead of apologising and owning up he gave us attitude.</p>
<p> I was involved in an accident. I contacted King Price and they handled the entire process in an efficient and timely manner, however, the company Kind Price recommended I contact in order to arrange a courtesy vehicle has been such a disappointment. The service provided by the courtesy vehicle company has been nothing but shocking, how King Price has such a company on its database is beyond.</p> <p>Whenever I tried to contact this company, their telephone number was not working, I had to go back to King Price repeatedly and ask them to contact this company so that I could arrange for the delivery of the vehicle. After a number of calls and emails I finally got through to the owner of the company who informed me that I would have to pay security before the vehicle was delivered to me, I duly paid this security. The courtesy vehicle was delivered to my place of employment with this huge crack on the windscreen, I did not complain and accepted the vehicle as is.</p> <p>A week later my vehicle was fixed, I returned the courtesy vehicle to its owners and asked that the security I paid be refunded to me. Initially my messages asking about when I could expect my money back were ignored, after a while I was told I would get my money at the end of the week of the 5th of September 2016. The week ended and I heard nothing from them.</p> <p>I contacted them the following week and again my messages were ignored, after a while I was told that they were waiting for the traffic department to confirm that I did not incur any tickets whilst driving the vehicle. I waited and waited and still heard nothing. I sent messages which again went unanswered.</p> <p>I decided to contact King Price to ask for their assistance with reclaiming my money, this is when my horror experience escalated to boiling point. The gentleman I spoke to from King Price by the name of Jack, rudely told me, they don’t get involved in such matters, I must speak to the courtesy vehicle people, this is a matter that does not concern King Price. I found this quite bizarre and indicated that the reason I even used these people was because King Price said I must use them, now you telling me King Price does not get involved in such matters.</p> <p>After much argument with the King Price gentleman he called the courtesy vehicle people (it is important to note that not even once had these people contacted me to let me know when I would get my money back, I had to follow up with them and whenever they felt like responding they would do so). When we spoke to the courtesy vehicle people, they now started telling me that this process normally takes two weeks, they were following up with the traffic department on a daily basis. When I asked why they had not told me this before or kept me updated about the delays in the traffic department, they could not answer me. The King Price gentleman much to my amazement started siding with the courtesy vehicle people telling me that government departments are slow, these things take time etc.</p> <p>The gist of the story is that I was told to relax, they will reimburse me when everything is finalised, if it means that I wait until December so be it and in any case the money I wanted paid back was not substantial and more importantly King Price does not get involved in this, it is up to me to follow up.</p> <p>I am bitterly disappointed that King Price would recommend that one use such a company and that the people working for King Price can be so rude to their customers and that King Price adopts a we will not get involved approach when the people on its database act in such a manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I guess i will have to sit and pray that i will get my money back in my lifetime. I can definitely not count on King Price to assist with this process.</p>
