<p>I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY HAS NOT ANYONE GOT BACK TO ME REGARDING MY HOMECHOICE ACCOUNT. I WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO HAND SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT TO THE LAWYERS. HOW CAN I SAY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND YOU DECIDE TO HAND MY ACCOUNT OVER.</p>
<p> </p> <p>I would like to log a complain about one of your very incompetent staff Gabriel Manana. i came to your office on the 5/09/2016 to personally produce my proof of payment for my Virgin Active account. i paid this account in September 2015. i kept receiving threatening messages saying i still need to pay you. i sent my proof of payment but still my payment was not allocated which is why i decided to come to your offices in Hyde Park Jan Smuts Avenue. when i arrived there my main reason was to get a paid up letter from MBD. When i arrived i spoke to the receptionist who assisted me very well and called Gabriel Manana who said someone will come down stairs and make a copy of my pop. which they did and the person said i can go they will contact me and i refused as i had already came personal. Then Mr Manana said i must wait 30min for him. Which i did. He said my ref was not clear and went to finance department and they were able to pick up my payment. he said i must write a letter that goes like this "Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>(((May you please assist me with an internal transfer as I made a payment used the wrong reference ( ********** ********** 86) instead of ********** ********** 16, made a payment of R1060.00.</p> <p>Once this is done kindly email me a paid up letter.)))</p> <p> </p> <p>he said i will then receive my paid up letter even though it will not be same say day.when I arrived at work same day I sent him an email he didn’t even bother to say he has received it or not. I call him Friday the 9th Sep he said he will get back to me. Till today he has not said anything to me. All i need from MBD is my paid up letter. you really don’t need people like MR Manana in your company he is not reliable.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Your neglegent is really costing some of us. this was the reference number qouted on the msg i received ********** 5.</p>

<p>I am very disappointed at the service I receive at HomeChoice and the way you have been treating. 2 months back I called you I wanted to pay for my account. I told the consultant I was talking to, that im at Ackermans I want to pay for my account the consultant gave me a ref number. When I tried to make a payment it kept giving us an error. I left it like that. Few days later you hand me over to MBD. I did not say anything I paid my account. This month I spoke to one of your agents I told them can they please take my banking details so they can debit my account instead of me making direct payments. They took my banking details and even told me how much they will be deducting on my account. I would like to know why is my account now has been handed over to MBD AGAIN. This is really frustrating,</p> <p> </p>
