I am utterly appalled by the treatment my family endured at The Royal Atlantic resort, courtesy of both the receptionists and the manager. Despite meticulously adhering to occupancy limits and clearly explaining our situation, we were callously denied entry. The manager's openly hostile demeanor, described in his own words as "abrupt," coupled with the unwarranted threat to report and ban my husband, is nothing short of disgraceful. This egregious display of unprofessionalism not only tarnished what should have been a delightful evening but also took place in front of my distraught 4-year-old daughter, who was left in tears. Furthermore, the initial interaction at check-in, where a simple inquiry about the duration of the process was met with a disrespectful retort from the receptionist saying “it depends how long you talk for” just exemplifies the pervasive lack of professionalism and courtesy at your establishment. Such behavior is utterly intolerable and demands immediate redressal.
<p>On the 28th August I loaded 1gb, 5th of September I loaded 1gb, on the 9th of September I loaded 1gb, on the 14th of September I loaded 1gb, on the 21 of September I received my 500megs from my contract, today, on the 22nd at 11 30am I loaded 1gb, at 12am that was gone- I went into an Mtn store who said they were understaffed and couldn't assist me... I called the call center who said my running apps are using all the data, I have Facebook and whatsapp- I personally don't think my phone could use more data then a massive corporation in a month. Poor form MTN, I expect this matter to be addressed ASAP</p>
