Travelstart have scammed me! I booked a return ticket from Johannesburg to Cape Town (Reference no ZA08499241). It did not go through the 1st time so I used a different card. It was processed the 2nd time and I received written confirmation. At the airport, the airline 'Lift' had no record of my ticket. I tried to call Travelstart but they only have an emergency email facility and no number to call them. There was no response from their emergency email. My return ticket was intact but no record of my flight down, yet it was purchased on the same transaction. I had to buy an expensive ticket there and then. Travelstart owe me for the difference and refuse to pay. They say they only charged for my ticket back despite giving me written confirmation of a return ticket. What sort of ridiculous travel company confirms my ticked down on Saturday and its fake, but my ticket back on Sunday, the next day is legit. How does that work? How am I supposed to get there to be able to use my ticket back? I am taking this up with the CPA and notifying social media. Travelstart could not even find any record of my trip and told me they could only help me if I could give them my reference number. Once I provided it they came back and blamed me for not checking my bank account and they take no responsibility for sending me a fake confirmation. The airline attendant told me that this happens frequently with Travelstart. Unbelievable. The public need to know the risks of using Travelstart

I contracted Bugman to get rid of little black insects that were eating my skirting boards. They called them termites. A year later the same little black insects came back. I contacted Bugman and the new owner Trevor Merillia refused to honor the garantee as the original document said they were termites and in his opinion they werent so i was sent packing despite producing 3 witnesses that the little black insects were the same as before. He was not interested! Nice people to do business with!
