Bugman is useless!
We were 'offered' a special rate to fumigate because were are pensioners. Assurance was given that the roaches would be eliminated. After spraying inside and outside, no noticeable decline in the numbers of roaches was evidenced. A few weeks later, after a call to inform them, they arrived to once again proceed with same treatment. That was over a year ago and the roaches are everywhere! Between then and up to now, we have spent a fortune on bug sprays. We recently called in a different company who performed a different spray operation. Within a week, there is a clearly noticeable decline in the roach population. The company stated that if after 2 / 3 weeks if required by us, they would come to treat again.

Bugman is useless!

Dear Stuart, Apologies for communicating to you as a user/ member of HelloPeter and not as Bugman. As you mentioned, we returned multiple times, every time giving you the benefit of the doubt. We honestly never had to return to one client so many times. ****roaches don't only breed in your home but also from food not being properly stored, dustbins area etc. There are many reasons. We even took it up with our supplier in Midrand, which is reputable, asking them if they changed their poison in any way. As a gesture of goodwill, we will offer a free treatment for a 3 bedroom home to any of your family members or friend in Johannesburg. Phone or whattsapp me (Sue) on 082 829 4421

When a fumigation does not work
So I was polled online with an advert to use the Bugman for pest control. They came, they fumigated. A month or two later the roaches and fleas were still there. We then had numerous follow ups over the next few months, but they were unable to effectively fumigate the house. After the fourth attempt I got a mail saying that they cannot help me anymore as the problem is too much for them... wow. So it's my faulty for having too many ****roaches and fleas.

FANTASTIC SERVICE & TREATMENT
Fantastic service all the way through from reservations to execution of the actual treatment. Peter and Andrew was amazing! True professionals in what they do. Not only was the service great, but the result was spot on! Thank you Bugman!

Bugman does not honor their gaurantee
<p>I contracted Bugman to get rid of little black insects that were eating my skirting boards. They called them termites. A year later the same little black insects came back. I contacted Bugman and the new owner Trevor Merillia refused to honor the garantee as the original document said they were termites and in his opinion they werent so i was sent packing despite producing 3 witnesses that the little black insects were the same as before. He was not interested! Nice people to do business with! </p>
