So I was polled online with an advert to use the Bugman for pest control. They came, they fumigated. A month or two later the roaches and fleas were still there. We then had numerous follow ups over the next few months, but they were unable to effectively fumigate the house. After the fourth attempt I got a mail saying that they cannot help me anymore as the problem is too much for them... wow. So it's my faulty for having too many ****roaches and fleas.
I went onto the SafariNow website, saw a venue I would like to book, the price quoted worked for me and I booked it. Next thing the owner of the venue is calling me, apparently the quote from SafariNow was wrong, they then gave me the correct amount according to them. I have been mailing SafariNow for over a week asking them to sort this out, without response. Next step is then that a deposit gets taken off my account, which doesn't tally with the deposit that SafariNow invoiced. Then the total amount shown on the invoice exceeds what the venue say it is, nevermind what I was quoted. Once again I get ignored by SafariNow. On Friday the venue owner calls me again to say she is trying to sort it out with them, but suggests we sort it out directly between us and leave them out of it... what is the point of using SafariNow then I ask you? This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth
