I dont know where we can report this ***** of a website. They promise delivery will be within 5-9 days, but a month passes by with no word from them. If they dont have the product, why dont they warn customers about the delays before hand. Its been since I placed my order and have not received any communication.
I cancelled my insurance policy in January but my account is still being debited. I have sent numerous request for the policy to be cancelled but no luck. Its really disappointing that an institution as big as Standard Bank is failing to do a cancellation on a policy.
I am completely dissatisfied with Sanlam Corporate. I have made multiple attempts to contact your office via phone, often waiting for over an hour, only to be disconnected.I tried the WhatsApp line but that one is even worse. This is particularly concerning, as I have been advised by SARS to request an IRP5 form in order to complete my filing. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach the appropriate contact number for assistance, as calls remain unanswered or are met with constant busy signals. The level of service I have experienced is unacceptable and falls significantly short of my expectations. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as I require the necessary documentation to proceed with my tax filing.
