Do not do any work for these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are the worst of worst they don't ever pay their debt I don't know what they teach their learners if they are such skelms

Good day, Telkom is the worst ever when it comes to a refund at your Telkom Stores, I made a purchase on the 25th of October last year for a cellphone protective screen, after I paid and fitted the screen, I noticed that it was not the correct size, it was lifting up on the edges and within minutes I showed it to the salesperson who removed it from my phone and said I will have wait for head office for a refund, I have made numerous visits to the store since November last year and every time who ever assisted me said they know nothing, so every time I had to give proof of payment for my purchase, they kept on losing it, for 8 months they entertained me with their incompetence and total ignorance not to mention their attitudes! I went to the store on last Saterday and the consultant took my cellphone no, work no and my email address and said I will get a phone call on Monday or an email to tell me progress on my refund, till today, sweet ***** fokol!! When I phoned your Telkom customer care on Monday 15th I was advised to go to the police station for an affidavit under oath that I paid for the screen and that Telkom does not want to refund me,***!! Is this how Telkom operate? I have 6 contracts with Telkom and can't wait for my contracts to expire to I can cancell and say goodbye to Telkom. The Telkom store where I bought my screen : All I want is my refund WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR TELKOM TO REFUND ME MY R200.00 AFTER 8 EIGHT MONTHS!! THIS IS MY MONEY AND NOT TELKOM'S MONEY, I WORKED FOR IT, GIVE IT BACK TO ME!!
