Purchased Item few week ago, never received confirmation on email as proof of purchase / order number. Contacted them on whatsapp number 0631008905, requested tracking number a week later, never received only reply with :noted" Requested again today but no reply. Please be ware of this company as the are ****ming people on products

Why is it impossible to find a capable employee to assist with the cancellation of a telephone line? I have cancelled this line personally at a branch, received an email confirmation in July 2020 to confirm my cancellation request. I understand that I WAS liable for the 30 day notice period service fee (paid), now its months later and I'm still receiving rental accounts! Please note that I have a list of Case Numbers! After Every effort I receive a new "story"! Now apparently I only cancelled the Broadband and not the line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This after I evacuated the premises! Please stop with the excuses and correct your fault, Fed-up trying to resolve your mistake ! Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the Consumer Request for contract and service cancellation to proof!
