should be a zero rating - they are ******* - you order from them and they debit you 3 times and try a 4th time even though you only ordered one item and then they throw in another item and debit twice and you never ordered that - had to cancel the method of payment to stop them carrying on doing this - they are not contactable and don't reply yo emails - this is a real **** - DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING ANYTHING - SHOULD BE ZERO RATING BUT HELLOPETER DOESN'T OFFER NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
<p>My phone stop functioning under warranty. sent into Mtn technical via Mtn Steenberg. Notified that find iphone function needs disabling. Done by staff member at Steenberg. No news for 6 weeks. Sent an sms demanding R300 to release my phn. Find iphone not disabled. Wouldn't release phone despite my objections. Mtn Steenberg kept referring to manager but no reply after 4 weeks. paid the money and then phone released. Contacted 808 band taken thru procedure to disable find iphone. Phone sent back by MTN Constantia. SMS received to pay R300 to release phone again as find iphn not disabled. SApoke to Kea at techniocal repairs - she disabled the function, returned to technical. sms again for R300 as not disabled. Manager at Constantia managed to contact Kea and confirmed the find iphone was disabled. Then a quote for R6600 to fix the phine - this is 9 months after sending the phone in under warranty!! I refused to pay and asked for a manager. Spoke to Papanan, after many phone calls and waits he informs me he has escalated to senior management. Today I phone to ask him progress. He informs me that he is still awaiting his senior managers!! In the meantime i have received a call from Mtn Steenberg that the phone has been returned to them UNREPAIRED!! And the floor manager is till awaitying his senior manager and ~I sent the phone in via MTN Constantia this time. What a circus. The Ombudsman is slow to respond to takiong htses clowns to task. I have 4 cellphone contracts with Mtn for the past 20 years. LOYAL service despite mis treatment on numerous occasions. NO MORE . THIS STOPS HERE.</p>
