should be a zero rating - they are ******* - you order from them and they debit you 3 times and try a 4th time even though you only ordered one item and then they throw in another item and debit twice and you never ordered that - had to cancel the method of payment to stop them carrying on doing this - they are not contactable and don't reply yo emails - this is a real **** - DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING ANYTHING - SHOULD BE ZERO RATING BUT HELLOPETER DOESN'T OFFER NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Internet scam
Ordered a necklace, was promised for delivery on the 17th. No sign of it. The email from which their communications, the persons name under which she mailed Kara, was coming does not work either, comes back. info@love-infinity.za.co

I bought an necklace and I am waiting and waiting. I mailed them and all they reply, it on the way, but if you track the order, it has not even left China!!! On the website they make a statement of quick delivery. Just false advertising, really very poor service!! This is the new reply I got: We use Buffalo South Africa for deliveries in South Africa. Packages are often delivered within 4-10 working days. I hope this answers your question. Please do not hesitate to contact us again if necessary. The tracking app shows it will take 21 days. I can't believe the poor service I got from them. Another reply from them: We are sorry for the inconvenience. Your order is currently with buffalo south africa. Please contact them to collect or schedule delivery of your package. We remain at your disposal in case of need. The package is still in China, how can you just lie to your customers like this!!!

This is a scam, they take your money and do not deliver, and you can not get hold of them, emails return as undelivered. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
