I have ordered something in November and im still waiting they make promises saying they deliver in 2 weeks but now it's delay im starting to think its a scam
Baddest service i have ever got. I have sended my phone in on the 4th of May for a Free screen repair. Before i have sended it i asked the guy if i can leave my stuff on he said yes i can after a week i got an sms it has been booked for repairs (12th may) then on the (13th 11:39) ive got a sms saying its in the assessment process. 3.33pm i got a nother sms saying its been send to advanced repair center since then no reply i have called the number yesterday to find out where my phone is and with the job number i got thatd not my phone. Today the sales guy replyed im getting a new phone and j asked him what about this stuff that is on my phone i need it i work from my phone he said we can request return and then i can backup but then im not getting the new one till the old one is back at the return center... I already waited 4 weeks now. I also asked them if they then can put my old stuff on the new phone and he said no they can't help me. Im really disappointed in this we have more then 10 contracts by vodacom.
Good day. To whom this may concern. On Tuesday 29 June 2021 @ 19h53 I took my son 4 month old(Q.Lingua) to Eugene marais trauma unit for severe vomiting as well as milk comining out of his nose while Vomiting. At 20h27 they took my childs stats and his pulse by then was 85bpm which acording to me is a low pulse for a baby. I then was placed in a room with a COVID+ mother even after the mother told the Nurses as well as the Docter they didn't bother even about me and my baby being in the same room as a Covid patient. At 21h40 the Dr. Came to see me about 1min into the session he then had to rush out for an emergancy by this time my baby already vomited 5 times while being in the emergancy unit and he also refused to drink. At 21h43 a nurse came to me with some Zofran 4mg tablets that i had to give half a tablet to my baby. This helped to stop the severe vomiting but still no Dr has seen my baby yet and No diagnoses was made yet. At 23h14 after I told the nurse i cannot sit here and wait anymore I am leaving and going to another hospitali the shift leader came in to see me I told her that I am upset with the treatment we got at the hospital and the fact that we were put in danger with a COVID + person being in the same room as me and my baby according to her she didnt know this person was COVID+ but I heard myself how the mother was telling all the staff that she and almost her whole family are COVID+.. she said the Dr will see me now. Only @ 23h23 a Dr came to see me at 23h37 we were done and send home with still NO diagnosis. I feel my baby and my life was put in danger by the staff. I have to pay a huge amount for doctors that did not even did a full examination on my baby or gave me explanation for my babies vomiting. I feel eugene marais emergency and trauma unit is NOT putting our best interests at heart! And I am disgusted by the treatment my baby received from them!

Bad service I orded a bed on whatsapp got in in 3days with 15years warranty now the bed is not right anymore its 2 weeks and still no reply from them they are ignoring AL my texts
