Very Unprofessional and disappointing.
A family member of mine did their competency at G & J firearms / Vision Security almost 2 years back. The full amount for the competency test and everything was paid but he never received his competency documents. I contacted G & J firearms and they redirected me to Janneman Terblanch. I asked him to help me with this situation seeing that’s is been almost 2 years wait. He started swearing at me and ended the call. Afterwards I tried calling his office again and his staff told me that he simply refuses to take my call. The way Janneman Terblanch acted was very unprofessional and childish.

BAD service
Almost once every week my wifi is down, their phone lines are poor so it is always a struggle to talk to someone. Their answer for the wifi being down is 99% off the time: "We are currently busy with upgrades on your area's tower." I have complained time and time again but it never gets fixed for good.

Appalling attitude From owner!
<p>So I decided to adopt a dog, I saw a beautiful dog named Cindy and we immediately fell inlove with her. I called Louise Spagnuolo to ask for more photo of her. After I saw the photo's I saw that the photo's of Cindy she send she had more white hair around her mouth than the photo I saw. So I called her to ask if it was the same dog or if Cindy is a bit older now, regardless of what the answer would have been I still would have taken her, but Louise Spagnuolo replied: "It's the same damn dog! #@ck you! Go away!" and she hung up. So now Cindy is without a home, I guess people just don't care about animals like they use to.</p>
