I buy a few items every month. I have never been disappointed in any item, their service or their courier service delivery. They keep customers up to date by sending newsletters every week about all the new arrivals and promotions. I enjoy great savings with their Loyalty Program.
SCAM ARTISTS - DON'T BOOK THEM!! I have an advertising company that booked Devasena Padayachi from Chef and Guests to do a Demo for Defy at MHC World which she did not bother to cancel and also did not pitch. On the second attempt, she did pitch but was late. My company also booked her to do a demo for Whirlpool and paid her R7,000 on 24 May 2022 to do a 1-2 hours demo. No refund till now and it is 5 September! She always has personal excuses for being too busy to do the demos I already paid for. How do you run your business and book clients and not pitch up or pay back the money? These are huge manufacturers/suppliers! I won't recommend her to any of the big manufacturers/suppliers for any demos, not her company and definitely not for a personal fine dining experience.
My contract was up for renewal and I had to wait an additional few months to actually get the cancellation through. I phoned Vodacom and decided to not cancel but instead migrate. I received a msg that my account will be billed with the same amount again this month. I called and they said I did call in time but the agent didn't process my migration. Now how is that my problem? Just now I received another SMS stating that I will be liable for both the contract amount and the new migration account. ON THE SAME NUMBER??? WHAT!!!!!
