If I could give no star to this company I would have...I ordered 2 headboards during Luxusione luxury furniture during their Black Friday sale in November 2020. The value of these 2 headboards totaled R23500. The delivery from the day of purchase was set for 11/12/2020. I contacted the seller who goes by the name of Tshego on 10/12/2020 and asked if my order was ready and he agreed. On the 11/12/2020 he sends a message asking to delay my delivery to the next week (18/12/2020) as the order was “NOW”not ready. I refused this as I could sense it was a blatant lie and asked him to deliver my goods ASAP and not on the new proposed date. He promised to deliver my goods 15/12/2020 but nothing came. The following day I asked for a refund as I was tired of the constant back and forth. He agreed to refund me and that I should await such 22/12/2020. Today it is 3/1/2021 I have no refund nor any products. The seller has since blocked me on WhatsApp and on their Instagram page from tagging them on any of my posts. They privatized their account shortly after I was warning my followers of their company. He (Tshego) arrogantly threatened me about defaming he’s company on social media but I was not perturbed as he/he’s so called company had not fulfilled what was owed to me. I have recently seen on their social media that they have now relocated to new premises and are still posting on social media about “selling products” they actually do not produce. This company is a terrible scam and really shames black owned small businesses who are trying to earn the trust of innocent people like myself and those who have since been frauded by Tshego/Luxusione. If anyone has also fallen victim of this fraud company please comment below with your contact details. This guy must be stopped. #TogetherWeRise
TWO DEBITS WENT OFF IN MY ACCOUNT, 1 ON THE 11/01/18 FOR THE AMOUNT R336.28 AND A SECOND DEBIT ON THE 12/01/18 FOR THE AMOUNT R334.94. BOTH THESE DEBITS SHOW THEY ARE COMING FROM AVIS, HOWEVER WHAT IS VERY DISTURBING IS THAT I HAVE NEVER RENTED A CAR FROM AVIS THIS YEAR. I HAVE NO MONEY AS WE SPEAK AND COULD NOT EVEN BUY LITTLE GROCERIES I HAD PLANNED TO BUY THIS WEEKEND. AS A RESULT I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD AS I FEARED MORE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES WILL HAPPEN ON MY CARD FROM AVIS. PLEASE MAY YOU ATTEND TO THIS MATTER URGENTLY, I NEED MY MONEY BACK, ASAP!!
<p>20 minutes ago I received money from my parents to deposit into my standard bank account. I withdrew this money from the ATM thereafter went to go deposit into a standard bank ATM machine. as I put the money into the machine, it wasn't deposited and I was instead returned a slip with an error message. I went to enquirers and was horrified when I was told that, the staff was aware that the atm machine has not been working however have done nothing to stop customers from using this machine. Furthermore I was told I would have to wait until the 10/10/16 in order for me to receive assistance. I ordered to speak with the manager who was incredibly rude and walked away while I was telling him I cannot leave the bank without money as I deposited it all in the bank. He also told me the same story and was very insensitive to my problem. In my account (before I deposited money) I had/still have a negative balance. I do not have money food for tonight nor money to return back home as I arrived to Menlyn with a colleague who has already dropped me off. And when I explained this to the manager he told me he won't speak to me if I'm raising my voice and left. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE AND UNHEARD OF, THE LEVEL OF HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECIEVED WAS TERRIBLE AND CANNOT EVEN COMPREHEND WHAT HAS ACTUALLY HAPPENED . I AM LEFT STRANDED AND WITH NO MONEY I AM CURRENTLY SITTING IN THE TOILET CRYING AS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT AND FOR THE BANK NOT TO ACCEPT THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE AND NOT OFFER ME AN ALTERNATIVE IS RIDICULOUS. THE CURRENT MANAGER AT STANDARD BANK IS CRASS, RUDE AND OUTRIGHT DESPICABLE. </p>
