Unprofessional
Communicated with them using the online chat. I was told by Dwayn that Ruan would call me back to answer all relevant questions. After 45 minutes I checked in again to ask when I could expect to be called back. Again, I was promised that Ruan would call shortly. Needless to say, nobody called me back. Extremely unprofessional in my book.

Poor Service
I ordered a gift for my wife's birthday. The driver arrived and asked my wife to identify herself, which she did. He looked for the package in his vehicle only to realise that he left it at the depot. He promised that he would be back by 14:00 to deliver. My wife waited until after 14:00 and still no delivery. This was the perfect way to ruin a surprise. I had to call the call centre twice to follow up until the package was delivered at 17:00. NetFlorist caused unnecessary frustration today. They claim "100% Satisfaction guarantee".....but that's definitely not the case.
