We bought a ticket for 1 2 rides, of which my grandaughter used 9. She had fun and wanted more, so we bought her three more rides. They asked her age, and sold her the yellow tokens. She is 13. However, the marshall refused to let her ride with that, he argued about her age and said only children 8 and younger can use yellow tokens. It was extremely humiliating for her, as she recently turned 13, she is at a very sensitive age. She came back is tears, and we asked for assistance, as it was the marshall's fault, to either change the tokens for black ones or get a refund. The girl at the ticket office was friendly, but refused any help, she radioed the guy and said she can go ride. After being humiliated in front of other people she wouldn't go and we gave the tickets away. I approached someone who looked like a manager, (redhead guy) but he was extremely rude and refused to even discuss a compromise and just walked away. Shame on you, Cool Runnings! Not Cool at all.
What else do I have to do to have a credit card closed? I've been to the branch in Herm**** twice, filled out endless forms (Leeroy served us both times), waited for hours to be served. I've asked twice via your Contact form on online banking, I've messaged you on Twitter. I did not get even an acknowledgement of my requests, not once. PLEASE CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY
