I bought 2 bags from my runway, received them on time, but didn't like the quality of the other bag, logged a return request, they said they'll arrange with their courier company DPD laser, the day for the collection came and later that day I received an SMS saying the driver came but found no 1, I called them a week later to understand why they didn't call me if the driver was there because I was home. They then said the driver couldn't find the address, I asked how because they didn't even call me, I didn't really get a proper response but they promised to rebook the collection. It's been over 3 weeks if not more and I have never received a call saying the driver is getting lost or can't find my place.
They answer their call and say that they are still trying to get information for you, next thing you are back to switchboard. And when the next person answers the circle continues. They said they will refund me for the service they couldn't pay, and now they are running around.
I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered but they not answering their calls and they are not responding to emails. They updated that they attempted to deliver but delivery failed with no reason provide.
<p>I was seaching for a car for quite a long time, and sometime in Sep I received a call From Frans Phahlamohlaka (mh Honda Menlyn) and he told me that he has finally managed to find a car within my budget and it was still in a good condition, I saw the car and it was still in a good condition and very reasonable price. On collection of the car, there was no spare key and there was a chip on the windscreen of which the sales guy said it is fine he will get it sorted in a while. He never came back to me, and when I contacted him, he tild me the manager who was in charge has resigned, and he is still trying to get the new manager to get a new spare key, today when I called the office i was told that he has resigned and the spare key is not part of the package, but I explained that there was an email that i asked him about it and he said it will be sorted, I am not happy with their service and i wouldn't recomend anyone I know to ever go to them.</p> <p>:( </p>
