<p>My husband has been trying to cancel his contract of 10GB LTE contract with Telkom. This has been going ons sonce April 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>After posting on Hello Peter they phoned to say that they have it on the system as a 36 month contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we initially did the contract it was only a 24 month contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>We requested the supervisor from cancellations to listen to the telephone call centre recordings and the signed letter of agreement to be sent to us. This a consumer right.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one has come back to him. This is rediculous! He is currently not using the internet and the debit order is still going off monthly. This is getting out of hand.</p> <p> </p> <p>He wants to cancel the 24 month contract which ended in April/May already!! We have sent in numerous letters of cancellations and spoke to many people and supervisors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there a head office that handels cancellations in Cape Town?</p> <p> </p> <p>We will be going to the Ombudsman to take this matter further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please call him immediately! </p>

MR WILLEMSE</p> <p> </p> <p>Contract of 24 months was coming close to end in April so we sent in 3x cancellation letters, spoke to numerous people telephonically, sent numerous emails, spoke to numerous supervisors, visited the store countless times.</p> <p> </p> <p>But THIS CONTRACT IS STILL GOING STRONG AND DEBIT ORDER IS STILL GOING OFF. </p> <p> </p> <p>THIS CONTRACT NEEDS TO BE CANCELLED!! PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!!!!</p>
