I am extremely disgusted at staff members at Momentum Insure. They treat you so badly. Never respond. I retract my previous review on them. They don't know how to talk to people. I regret that I has an insurance with them. I ask them to sort out my washing machine. I don't know what the guy did to my machine. I send emails daily but no response. They took my TV 2weeks ago. Said they can't fix it. Why do we have household insurance. When there 3rd party cannot fix a single thing. I'm in awe. At the way the Siphelele bad attitude is. I will never recommend them to anyone. As no human being should be emotionally abused as I was.
I am overwhelmed with the service Bridget gave me. She was on par. Kind, paid attention to detail. Her service was excellent and she was supportive and helpful. Friendly at all given times. The very best thatI received from Momentum.
The Lieselfoundationhomes do not refund deposits. She use it for her own personal use. She is a fraud and corrupted. Never ever rent from her. I'm WAITING 6weeks for refund of my deposit. She uses old pics and say you left place like that.
