Terrible service. There have been delays with the delivery of my package. I received an email that my package would be delivered on the 6th and worked from home so I would not miss the delivery. They called to pospone to the following day saying they would deliver to the office. I received ANOTHER email to say I was not available to receive my order but i did not receive a call/ notice that my delivery was at my workplace
I signed up for one of their offers and within a few hours decided to cancel it. I was told it was cancelled. After a coupke of days, I received paperwork amd when i called to enquire i was told it was not cancelled but the lady I spoke to then said she would cancel the service for me. Its been months and they have started debiting me for a service I CANCELLED MONTHS AGO!
I requested a TP relocation in February 2023, I was told I had to pay upfront through my ISP. The noney was paid later that month but I FOUGHT to finally get the work done after months. They sent someone through in May but then they billed me again. Its now October and im still fighting for a refund. I'm really over fighting the same company over and over again!
I've generally always received great service from MWEB, but I was billed for a service that I had already paid for in February. I have called and sent a query via their website and it has still not been resolved. When I called, I was told it was sitting with finance and they are attending to it but its been 2 months!!
I put in a request for a Termination Point relocation on 2 Feb 2023, the debited money the same month but have still not provided the service to date. Everytime i call i get put through to sales and get told to forward the request l again but noone responds to the email anyway. I have sent numerous emails and have called a few times, there is no ticket system to make reference to and i talk to a new person everytime i call, it's so frustrating!

You guys are not even trying! After a a long weekend with no fibre service (18 - 21 March), the fibre went down again on the 23rd of March and has been down since!!!!! The last communication was sent on the 24th that you are aware of the outage and have not bothered to communicated since. Please just quit the fibre business and let another company take over, we were were better off before relying on fibre..
I was excited when they said fibre was coming to Rustenburg, honestly we were better off with slow internet that had no downtime! So flippen unreliable
