What shocking service I am receiving. Shipped a parcel from USA to South Africa with an agreed delivery of 18 January 2020. The parcel arrived in SA at UPS and was held. On me following up on the 17th that delivery was to be made. NOW, oh I need to pay customs, tax etc. If I had not followed up, who knows if they would contact me. I paid the amount within 15 minutes of receipt of invoice (immediate payment) The parcel is STILL sitting at the "airport" and UPS cannot give me a date when I will receive the urgent shipment. "Maybe sometime next week....."

After purchasing a pair of Polar sunglasses in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth, just under a year ago, the 1 arm of the glasses broke while on my head. No manhandling or misuse. When I took the glasses in to be repaired, I was willing to pay a fee for the repair. A young gent keeps telling me that I have broken the glasses and they will not repair the glasses, I must buy a new pair.
Terrible service from the office staff in Port Elizabeth. When calling the office, they answer and immediately put down the phone. When I called from a different number I got through and eventually received the parcel. The driver was fantastic and apologized for the office, said he has had several complaints.
