38 Years ago when I took out the policy for my uncle there was nowhere on the form for a beneficiary. Now I want to use it in his death but no one will give me amounts because I am not the beneficiary. I get told go to master of the court. Heck how long do you think I can keep him on ICE! So next best step is to work through the funeral parlor. Shock! 38 years of paying Over R130 a month and they pay out slightly over R6000. What a shock! No one willing to give me answers as I am not the policy holder. He is DEAD! You took my money happily for 30 odd years!!!!! I am disgusted!

FNB - How can we NOT help you
If you have a Covid Loan and you pay it up Good luck. I have tried for 2 days to reach someone to close it for me. The secure chat starts out good and then nothing. You are 24 in the que and it is almost 3 hours later! I phone and too starts out well we will transfer you to the Covid Loan department..... almost 5 hours on hold with a message we are experiencing high call volumes! I guess the only way forward is to close my entire FNB Account and find a bank who is interested in helping and actually talking to you.

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p>My story is long so will give the nuts and bolts of it. My son was mugged and within a few minutes of the perps having the phone they ran the bill up to a hefty amount of money. Sadly the time it took for him to get a phone to phone me and me making immediate contact with the provider the money had already been spent. Sadly my financial situation did not allow me to pay this kind of bill and with my son being in varsity was totally at a loss as everything that gets announced gets done via sms, whatsapp etc so our lives were totally upside down. Glocell MD Roland listened to my situation, within a couple hours put steps into action to assist and after a good few months is still the most understanding, full of compasion individual who has helped me more than words can say. From the bottom of our hearts Roland - Thank you! You certainly will always have my business and a young gentleman - my son - has said "now thats a provider I am willing to stand by"!
