<p>Job Number ********** 3</p> <p>1. On 17/9/2016 I have booked in my phone for repairs</p> <p>2. A week later I phoned to ask what is going on as I haven't heard anything. I was told by the repair centre that they need a proof of purchase. (Shouldn't this be all on the Vodacom system - they have given me this documents in the first place and why didn't anybody let me know).</p> <p>3. I emailed the proof of purchase and thereafter received notification that the phone is send to the Advance Repair Centre in Gauteng.</p> <p>4. On 7/10/2016 I got an sms that the phone is ready for collection at the shop.</p> <p>5. I arrived at the shop on 8/10/2016 only to find out that nothing has been done and the phone is still in the same condition. Nobody could give me a reason for this sad state of afairs.</p> <p>6. It was booked in for repairs again</p> <p>Now where should such bad service be acceptable. You can't treat your customers in this way and expect loyalty. It is really giving Vodacom a bad name.</p>
