Promotion which they offer should have a fine print. I got a new pair of glasses and was thrilled to hear that I would qualify for a second pair free of charge. As I liked my current frame alot I opted to instead have the lenses replaced as part of the "promotion". When I received my glasses the second pair was thick and did not even have any anti-glare making them impossible to work in without seeing myself in the reflection. I had taken it back to the optometrist only to be charged R4500 to thin the lenses out and add an anti-glare. The promotion does not include this apparently which they do not tell you initially. I therefore did not receive the "FREE" second pair as I used my own frame and secondly they "REFUSE" to assist me any further without paying the additional charge for the FREE pair. BE CAREFUL and do not fall for the "PROMOTION"
If a negative was allowed it would of been a -10. I caution all buyers from Craft Homes more so the first time home buyer who is excited and looking forward to a new home. We have been living in a new development done by Craft homes and to start we are lucky to have even had a home as the development was delayed by months. A date is provided to you first and a week before move in date you will be told you cannot move in due to one or another reason. A week before! This being after you have already given notice on your rental. This however is just the start... to date this far - the stair case has no storage which was promised - the unit is significantly smaller than on the picture -our staircase is not up to regulation - the gate, camera's and fence do not work when there is no electricity - the ISP provider they insist you get when you move into your already "fibre ready home" has no back up or ups during load shedding. It took 4 months for them to resolve this - the walls are so soft when you bump them it takes patches off - the occupational rent is twice what your bond will cost - water and electricity provider RMS which they insist you have takes 3 months to load you onto there profile and then they do... YOU WILL FIND OUT AS YOUR LIGHTS ARE SWITCHED OFF - i have never heard from my sales agent again... they take your money and run - no AGM but you must pay levies - after the first rains the dampness and bubbles in the walls are serioulsy bad - our garage floor is cracking and i can go on and provide you with pictures Do not fall for it... the website and pictures are amazing but that is as far as amazing goes. Regards, Angelique
