close this store its of no service!!
<p>I visited this KFC and stood in the line for 25 only to be told with such bad attitude that there is no chicken,when I asked the lady why were left to stand in the line for so long she inturn says im am not a magician in zulu. I then decide to opt for wings since it was 7.30pm and did not want tp drive around. I was then pointed to the direction of the attached picture. I have never seen such rudeness and rotten attitude. </p>

<p>I have had an Edcon account since 2009 , every time I had to pay I would go to the nearest store and make payment. The lines are always long and the staff are unfriendly . When I spoke to an agent at the west street branch she said that ,i should pay online to avoid long queues . I asked for the banking details and she explained that its all listed on my statement . To cut a long story short since the 25/12/16 I starting paying via EFT accurately every. Today I go through my edcon statement.To my surprise the balance has not decreased for the past 4monts I then called the call center Only to be told by the agent that its a very common issue! That payments take up to 7days to clear,but its been 4months! I was told that I should send through my proof of payments no apology no nothing!. When I asked about the interest I have been charged she said to me she is not sure What will be of that issue? Seriously what type of company list baking details on their statements and penalise thier clients .... I was tolds this matter will be sorted out in 7days pending my interest query????? Im appauled at this service..I will be closing my account. </p>

<p>Yesterday I took my mom out to centre court for lunch, I must say there service was friendly unlike the food. They serve boiled gamon "salty and wet"! The roasted chicken was burnt and their lettuce was old and looked white then green. The pizza was cold. I really loved this resturant but I was disappointed. They really have dropped their standards.</p>
