Impossible to get resolve!
I have tried since 23 January 2020 to close my Telkom account, with no avail. I have heard that this is a problem with this company, but never myself thought that this would be as ridiculous! <p>My 2 year (24 month) contract ended on 19 Sep'16. I went to the branch on the 18th of August'16 to cancel my contract. (@ ********** <p>After this, I received at least 5 phone calls from Telkom Mobile about the renewal of my contract. Every time, I said that the contract was cancelled 1 month and 1 day before the 19th of Sep'16.</p> <p>Telkom still deducts money from my account. I have reversed this and have received an account dated the 1st of October 2016, due date 31 October 2016.</p> <p>I need a confirmation that the contract has been cancelled. This is rediculous.</p>
