I had an account with Home choice,I've paid it up and asked for the confirmation paid up letter.Luckily I received it.After a year I received a phone call asking if I received the goods that I ordered.Immediately I advised the lady who phoned that I didn't order and I didn't receive any goods as I closed my account last year.After two weeks I received SMS saying that I owe Home choice R1745.00 and my account will be handed over I within a week i received another SMS saying I owe R2756.00.This is pathetic I wrote the affidavit to clear my name,no one is phoning to update me now.
<p>This place Is robbing the consumers,my mother laybye the blocks,every month she would pay and the balance will be shown on the receipt but when my mother went to take out the laybye the amount was up,not the amount which was showing on the receipt, and the manager Avril was not ashamed of saying this is the way they work with laybye. When the blocks were delivered they broke 9 until today they keep on telling us stories.</p>
<p>I was soo impressed with the service I got from Prasanta Naidoo,I was starting to doubt scorpion if they can really help a person,due to the fact that I had a complaint with Sanlam who termnated my funeral cover while they were still receiving the stop order i proved all that but scorpion couldn't help me in resolving that matter.But the one for my car dealership that Prasanta handled it was sooo excellent she kept on updating me and she included me in all the conversation she had with Hyundai untill it was resolved .</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much Prasanta people like you are so scarce you are realy an assets to Scorpion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Norah</p>
