If you are wanting a working system and good service then these are NOT this is not the business to use. From the moment that i paid the deposit, there have been excuses and delays. The installation was delayed by more than 2 weeks and many a phone call. The one battery stopped working shortly after the installation. 4 months later, and i am still waiting for them to sort the issue out. Messages and phone calls are ignored.
My experience with Vodacoms Cellular insurance is beyond shocking and frustrating. This post follows 2 previous posts and at least 5 store visits as well as countless attempts at phoning. Apparently you cannot contact "Finrite" (who does Vodacoms insurance) via phone, only email. And they do not reply to emails. even when you visit a store, the store is not able to get hold of a consultant at the insurance division.... leaving everybody's hands tied! After submitting my phone for repairs with a claim in January, they have now (in March) returned the unrepaired phone and removed the insurance premiums for it from my account - with NO authorisation from me. The fact that I paid the insurance premium for more than 2 years seems to have no impact. Vodacom - you kept my 2 devices on insurance and happily took the premiums every month - your excuse of "you can only have one device insured" is your mistake and not mine. The only way to view this is that you have stolen money from me for many months.. You do not even have the courtesy to call me, all I receive is a response to Hellopeter saying somebody will contact you - and that never happens. I will update the situation here on Hellopeter daily for all to see.
I posted a review on 12 Feb, which was responded to within 12 hours. However the standard response was received - "We will look into this". My original issue was as follows "I have been paying insurance on 2 devices via Vodacoms insurance. Now when I claim they tell me I can only have one device insured... so why are you taking premiums for 2? It has not been an issue until I claimed. The 2 device premiums were even moved to my business contract last month... please explain? And best I am able to claim for what I have been paying for." Since visiting a store and asking them to check my account - the only thing that has been done is that the premiums for my one device have suddenly been removed. But what is happening to my claim Vodacom? Nobody is giving feedback on that. And you still have the device needing repairs or replacement. What is the delay?
Vodacom your service is pathetic. Your new insurance department does not even answer calls. 10 minutes on hold and again from the Vodacom shop, not even they can heft through. So here is my query: I have been paying insurance on 2 devices via Vodacoms insurance. Now when I claim they tell me I can only have one device insured... so why are you taking premiums for 2? It has not been an issue until I claimed. The 2 device premiums were even moved to my business contract last month... please explain? And best I am able to claim for what I have been paying for.

S****** angels arrived on time and waited for me to pay my bill at the restaurant. I was then greeted with a friendly smile and the driver, introducing herself. What better way to ensure you have a safe trip home after a dinner and some drinks with friends. Thank you
