Better sleep zone , BEST SERVICE, KEEPS PROMISES

Go Cash converters Elgin mall Kempton Park!
I went to Cash Converters Elgin mall today, and as always, the friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to assist me. My laptop doesnt want to start up and I was quoted R900 to fix it at a different place. I knew that they were lying when they said it it the motherboard. A floor lady first tested a universal power supply, but it didnt fit into the power socket. Then Kanelo Kumou checked if he could find out what the problem is. He is MIRACLE worker. After struggling to start up the laptop for 2 weeks by myself, he realised that the problem is at the connection where you plug the power supply into the laptop. He then managed to switch it on and confirm that the problem is not the motherboard. Then Juan Roets also came to assist and they diagnosed two other things that might be wrong. Thank you guys and girls. We need more friendly and helpful staff in this country!

Useless thiefs
I data ran out and I didnt know that If I top up wifi data it can only be used at a shop with telkom hotspot. Ive been to 2 telkom shops who says they cant convert it to normal data. I phoned the call centre, but no one ever answers those calls. Then i asked for a consultant to phone back. The lady said she cant convert it either. If that is the case, Im stuck with R500 data that I cant use. My office is at home and that is where I need the internet. Could someone please set the R500 off to my monthly account as a payment of my bill? I cancelled my telkom debit orders until this matter is resolved. Telkom is quick to steal money, but wont resolve simple issues. My contact nr is **********
