Fantastic customer service. Tumisa went out of his way to deliver my package.
Very good delivery service from Tumisa. He went out of his way to be accommodating.
I was approached by a Pick n pay employee and offered the opportunity to upgrade my loyalty rewards card for store credit (you received double points on purchases). When I asked about the costs involved, I was told 'you only pay interest on the credit used.' I went along with the process, only to find out there is a R150 initiation fee and a monthly insurance fee! I then called to cancel my credit facility only to be told that the new card cannot be converted to a loyalty card, I will need to apply for a new loyalty card again. So I ended up paying over R155 for nothing......and I need to go through the whole application for a new loyalty card.
I keep getting calls and no matter how many times I ask them to remove my number from the list, they keep calling! I have insurance, please stop calling me every day.
We have been without power for 5 days already. We have logged complaints on the Alfred Chatbot, my Eskom app and even tried calling. Every time we log a fault, it gets closed but we still do not have power. When I log another fault it says they are aware of the fault, please give them time to fix it, but then they just close the complaint again with no rest. We are in credit, so it was not switched off. We are at our wits end. Our ward councilor is not able to help. What now?
Our cable was stolen during the early hours of 23rd December. We have logged repeated calls, all which get closed without being fixed. Each phone call takes an hour to get through to consultant who promises that a manager will call us back, the fault will be escalated and a technician is on the way, only for them to close them to close the fault.
It took them 40 minutes to eventually refund me on an item that was bought 'damaged'( missing buckle on a sandal).
I needed to return a clothing item. My request was met timeously and with a friendly attitude. Very good service.
The Homeaffairs in Vereenining is dirty, staff are rude and disorganised.
