After the birth of our second baby were looking at a reputable company to assist with the facilitation of a UIF maternity claim. This company advertises that they assist with registration and payment process of a maternity claim and requires you to pay upfront. Once paid, we were told the Govt Ufilling system for online registrations are offline (which is not their fault agreed) but that we need to physically visit the DOL (dept of labour) ourselves to make a manual submission. Once a manual submission is made, they cannot assist you any further as you will need to revisit the offices monthly to sign for your next payment. You have now paid for a service which is advertised but that you do not get as they cannot do anything if the online systems are offline and when you've made a manual submission. In my eyes this is false advertising and *****ing.
I was fortunate to upgrade my device after my contract was due. Little did I know that choosing the LG Stylus 2 was the worst decision of my life. It constantly freezes or suddenly shuts down in the middle of a task "Google framework stopped working", I constantly need to take the battery out, place back in and wait minutes for it to start all over. I had the phone now to 5-6 different Vodacom outlets where they "update the software" each time more terrible than the previous time. I then logged a complaint with LG on the 26th of September. No one even tried to bother contacting me about the ****py device or what I am experiencing. I will never by a LG device again nor advise anyone to do so. This is by far the worst piece of electronic/Mobile device I have ever purchased and backed up by terrible customer service. LG (Life's Good - yes because no one cares) Based on all the reviews where no response was given I can see LG does not really take their customers to heart

Glocell is quick to respond to Hello Peter complaints but still does not provide customer service and calling back like they promise the would. Im getting billed for holding the line to speak to a consultant or to telephonically lay a complaint. I hereby just want to assure Glocell that I will NOT pay the money that im getting billed in order to get assistance from their side. Luckly my wife works for the press, I will defenitely refer to the press and take matters further as Glocell does not seem to be interested..... I repeat I will not be paying the amount owed for calls made to Glocell and I will be stopping my debit order.

I am not a complainant by nature and had to register to hello peter just to get someone to listen to my complain because no one at Glocell seems to do the trouble to answer a call. I can write books about the bad service ive been getting since getting transferred from Autopage. It is just an issue to get a data bundle add on to ones account if one is lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone. Knew i shouldnt have upgraded after the transfer but shows that my initial gut feel was right. By far the worst customer service experience ive ever came accross in our country.
