GFS express via Temu order false delivery
I am very disappointed with GFS express. They claim to have delivered my parcel on the 20th.they said they will deliver on the 17th, I was home the whole day, they did not deliver. On 20th I was home and I answered even spam calls not to miss their calls. I can't go through their contacts provided, whatsaap i useless. No communication at all.

Bad service
<p>March 2017 I trusted myself with Hashtag properties in Kempton-Park to rent out my flat. The company to start with its very unprofessional. They fail to do their duties as an Agent. They allowed a tenant to rent without letting me know I only found out myself 4 days later after Tenants moved in when I had to show other people the flat I thought was vacant. background check was never done till I pressurized them demanding documents like proof of income and ID, on first month I got rental on 7th when Tenant had already payed rental to the by the 4th. I had to be on their throats before they can pay my rental. April I also got paid late because the tenant payed into Electricity accounts they never communicated well with Tenant. I had to be charged R154 for refund. Yet I pay them R480 a month. May again tenant payed on the 5th I never got my rental by the 7th. On The May 7th 17pm.I went to offices the owner by name of Bright tell me he was not aware that it is the 7th and Business account was deducated lot of money. He asked if he can give me R2000 and rest of the money later. I refused and demanded all my money seeing it was the 7th I also have bills to pay. They even failed to arrange for electricity accounts to changed to the Tenant with our body cooperate Delucia that is handling electricity accounts. 3 Months later account is still on my name They said tenant doesn't have a problem to pay deposit for electricity but when I arrrange for us to go to Delucia it's a problem. Clearly they don't Put their customers first they fulfill their needs with my money. I have to beg for it. </p>
