Unprofessional Rude Agent
The worst agency I have ever dealt with in my entire life of renting. Their agent/business partner/franchiser, Lindokuhle Hlatswayo doesn't know how to address/deal with client. All he wants is just his commission. What happens to you after he got his commission, he doesn't care. He will treat you like a nonsense and disrespect by all means possible. The company at large nje just doesn't care

Unprofessional Rude Agent

Fly By Night Agent??
If I could give no star I would. Very unprofessional. I actually ask myself if anything of theirs is legit. I think this agency must really be checked out. They come as an agent but you the deal with the Landlord of that property directly only when it suits them. Everything they do is cheap labour and they go against what the real estate agency is about. Unit 116 Groblersrus Park felt like living in a bully's house.

Fly By Night Agent??

Trash company
This company has unprofessional agents I've signed papers with one of their agent last year March, it's March already and I'm not receiving any updates I call and email but the agent ignores my calls I'm so unhappy cause I was promised I would move in within 3 months it's a year now since I've been waiting to move in and no one is saying anything.

Trash company
This company has unprofessional agents I've signed papers with one of their agent last year March, it's March already and I'm not receiving any updates I call and email but the agent ignores my calls I'm so unhappy cause I was promised I would move in within 3 months it's a year now since I've been waiting to move in and no one is saying anything.

Excellent service
I'd like to compliment Brenda for the excellent service she provided me on my last sale. She assisted me with the purchase in a speedy manner. It was one of the few times where I sensed the Estate Agent was on my side and not only after his/her commission. Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Excellent service
I'd like to compliment Brenda for the excellent service she provided me on my last sale. She assisted me with the purchase in a speedy manner. Not professional at all
This company is so unprofessional indeed. They don’t even explain the papers that you are signing’ they are just rushing you to view the house so that they can get to the business. Even the lawyers are too much expensive than the usual ones. I saw the proper paper with another agency in which they specify how much you should pay when you buy a house of a certain amount. That paper explain everything including the salary that you are getting and how much will you qualify If it happens that you buy a bond. Please stay away from this company if you want to leave a longevity life freely and happy

No sense of accountability
My tenant paid a deposit into their bank account upon moving in. The tenant gave notice to vacate and requested the deposit. Upon requesting the deposit from the estate agency the tenant and I were told that the agent who had placed the tenant had been fired from the company and we were told to find him and request the money back. This was 12th Dec 2017. It is now the 9th of Feb 2018 and to date neither the company, hash tag properties, nor the agent, bright sibanda, have taken responsibility. Instead each keep passing the buck! Something needs to be done. The money was not paid into an individual's account but the actual company's account .

Bad service
<p>March 2017 I trusted myself with Hashtag properties in Kempton-Park to rent out my flat. The company to start with its very unprofessional. They fail to do their duties as an Agent. They allowed a tenant to rent without letting me know I only found out myself 4 days later after Tenants moved in when I had to show other people the flat I thought was vacant. background check was never done till I pressurized them demanding documents like proof of income and ID, on first month I got rental on 7th when Tenant had already payed rental to the by the 4th. I had to be on their throats before they can pay my rental. April I also got paid late because the tenant payed into Electricity accounts they never communicated well with Tenant. I had to be charged R154 for refund. Yet I pay them R480 a month. May again tenant payed on the 5th I never got my rental by the 7th. On The May 7th 17pm.I went to offices the owner by name of Bright tell me he was not aware that it is the 7th and Business account was deducated lot of money. He asked if he can give me R2000 and rest of the money later. I refused and demanded all my money seeing it was the 7th I also have bills to pay. They even failed to arrange for electricity accounts to changed to the Tenant with our body cooperate Delucia that is handling electricity accounts. 3 Months later account is still on my name They said tenant doesn't have a problem to pay deposit for electricity but when I arrrange for us to go to Delucia it's a problem. Clearly they don't Put their customers first they fulfill their needs with my money. I have to beg for it. </p>
