I received the best service from MiWay since I joined until now when I got involved in an accident. On the day of the accident, I didn't even know what to do or who to call but when I called MiWay the assisted me with efficiency, love and care. They even sent me Uber voucher to use to get home. Palesa Kekana is a star, she was handling my claim. She updated me every step of the way and even giving me advises of where to go to get any document needed to finalize my claim. Nokwanda Stuurman was also very amazing, she is the first person I spoke to when I called to report the accident. Nokwanda was a darling, she even called me back later on the day of the accident to check if I was okay. Big ups to MiWay representative (Palesa Kekana and Nokwanda Stuurman)

The worst agency I have ever dealt with in my entire life of renting. Their agent/business partner/franchiser, Lindokuhle Hlatswayo doesn't know how to address/deal with client. All he wants is just his commission. What happens to you after he got his commission, he doesn't care. He will treat you like a nonsense and disrespect by all means possible. The company at large nje just doesn't care

I have an account with Isabella Garcia International and I order products yearly and get debited a certain amount monthly. So, my current debit order is R119.56 but this month I was debited over R381. I wrote an email to Isabella Garcia International asking why am I being debited more than 3 times the amount I should be debited and they told me that it's because I agreed to purchase other products on the 8th of September 2023 of which I did not. I had received a call on the 8th of September and listened to the lady that was selling products to me and I told her that I don't wish to proceed at that point and that I would like to speak to my partner and she confirmed that we won't proceed and that no products will be delivered to me and I also didn't even give her my new address because I didn't want to receive the products. And as agreed, no products were sent to me and no one called me again asking if I would like to proceed or not. Then the next thing I am debited for the products I did not buy because I listened to the sales agent selling products to me, so basically at Isabella once you receive their sales call you already agree 🤷♀️. Now they don't want to listened to the call or even resolve the matter and send my money back to my account. No one is taking my query seriously or even trying to resolve it in the whole company. The lady "Precious Kifuabala" that is responding to my email doesn't even call me or even try to help me or even try to understand to say the least, she didn't even escalate my query correctly. I an very livid at this point and I want my money sent back to my account but no one wants to help. People should never take sales calls from Isabella because immediately you answer, you owe them
I had an account/profile with Isabella Garcia and I requested for cancelation at the end of the period due many different reasons. My requested was then loaded but not finalized because someone from retentions department had to call me to finalize the request. She then tried to retain me as a client, which is fine. I therefore ordered 2 perfumes with her on the 15th of June 2023. On the call I asked her to change the debit order date to be on the 25th of each month, she asked me if we could start the debit order on the 25th of June 2023 and then I said "yes I don't have a problem as long as I would have received my products by then". She said that she will make sure I get my products this week. Well, to my surprise this morning (19/06/2023) I get an SMS saying that I will only receive my products in 2-3 weeks. Like how??? This ****ed me off so much and I tried calling but no one answered the phone and I was holding for over 30 minutes for just someone to answer. Like I mean, I was promised to get my products this week but now the SMS says 2-3 weeks, what is that???????? Over and above that, I specifically asked that the 1st debit order must go off after I have received the products but now I'm told I will receive them in 2-3 weeks yet the debit order will be going off on the 23rd considering that 25th falls on a Sunday, like what is that?? At this point I am so not happy with this whole thing and the way I am so livid I wish I could just cancel the whole thing because what is this????
To whom it may concern I recently had the tracker installed in my car. So far my experience with the company is horrible. At the point of sale I asked about a panic button and I was told that I can just simple shack my phone and the alert will be sent through to the company and someone will call me. I tested that over the weekend and nobody called, I therefore requested a call back. I just called the call and to my surprise I got called by a wrong department to begin with, the person had to transfer me to another person which was wrong department and I was transfer again to a very rude and irritate agent who even ended up dropping a call on my ear. I then called myself requested to speak to a manager instead of being put through to a manager I was on hold for a very long time until the call dropped. What is this????? Am I going to be subjected to this for 36 months? What pathetic service is this???
Mami helped me to reinstate my policy and she apologized for the inconvenience that was caused previously regarding debit order and not being covered. We therefore agreed and selected a date that will accommodate public holidays as weekends well. She understood where I'm coming and tried her level best to assist me. Mami is friend and calm
The beauty of the restaurant on its own is everything 👌. The restaurant is lovely, cozy, beautiful, charming and attractive. The stuffs are so friendly 😍. The food is amazing, the wines (my favorite) are the best 👌.
I don't even know where to start, if there was more than 5 stars I would give this restaurant 😍. The service, the food I always get from The 11th Floor is top notch 👌. I even took my man here for Dinner on his birthday on 22 December 2022 and I must say the great service we received left a beautiful mark 😍. I would recommend The 11th Floor to many
