WORST EXPERIENCE! I had booked a dinner for my 1 year wedding anniversary and it was spoiled by an *********** waiter .After the main course and dessert , we ordered tea and the waiter "SAM" dropped it all over me, YES! Boiling hot tea ! leading to burns on my arm . The service you would expect at a restaurant of this status and what you actually recieve are two different things . I would NOT recommend going here .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at the 11th Floor restaurant on August 7th. As a patron who values good service and a welcoming atmosphere, I felt compelled to share my concerns about the treatment of an artist before she could performance. Background of the Incident The artist arrived early, prepared to entertain guests; however, she was unjustly accused of being late by ***lee, the owner of the establishment. This accusation came despite her waiting for her microphone setup to be coordinated and the arrival of the pianist. Mistreatment of the Artist When the singer attempted to clarify her situation and explain that she had been waiting for technical arrangements, ***lee responded with rudeness and unkind gestures. Instead of fostering a supportive environment for the performer, ***lee confronted her in an aggressive manner, demanding respect and emphasising her ownership of the restaurant. This interaction was not only uncomfortable but also unprofessional. The artist explained that she had been instructed not to engage with anyone prior to her performance and did not realise that ***lee was the owner. Despite this explanation, ***lee refused to listen and abruptly ordered that the singer should not perform any longer because her “blood was boiling” and accused her of bringing negative energy into the venue. Impact on Guests As a guest witnessing this exchange, it was disheartening to see such disrespect towards an artist who was there to provide entertainment for everyone present. The atmosphere shifted dramatically from one of anticipation and enjoyment to discomfort and tension. Conclusion I believe that every guest deserves a positive experience when visiting your restaurant, as does every artist performing there. It is essential for management to create an environment where both staff and performers feel respected and valued. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and consider addressing these issues internally and really hope you reach out to the singer and apologise for this behaviour. We got the greatest servive from a gentleman by the name of Themba. The whole service was exceptional at the 11the floor. The food was delicious the ambitions beautiful. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone

Birthday dinner wirh my wife, enjoyed she place beautiful ambiance and great service from Amanada who did the booking and arranged a beautiful spot to sit and Jo who was our waiter made the evening very special for my wife. Thx Again

Very disappointed with the way my order was handled. I ordered grilled baby chicken and I complained that the chicken was not grilled it was soft even the skin.. My food was taken back to get the chicken grilled.. It was brought back with traces of char.. Lookimg slightly grilled... I tried to eat the chicken but I started feeling nautilus...I called the waiter again to remove the food.. A few minutes later and executive chef was brought to my table to him what I said about the chicken I explained that the chicken was soft and as far as I'm concerned it was not grilled and I was told that this is how itts done at 11th floor. I thought I was going to give to be given a chance to order something else but what happened was I was given a take away bag with that food that made me nauseous I do you think that's the matter could have been handled better

I don't even know where to start, if there was more than 5 stars I would give this restaurant 😍. The service, the food I always get from The 11th Floor is top notch 👌. I even took my man here for Dinner on his birthday on 22 December 2022 and I must say the great service we received left a beautiful mark 😍. I would recommend The 11th Floor to many
